For families and groups, the vehicle must fit both passengers and luggage—not just the nominal seat count. Current standard five-seat planning covers up to four passengers and two large suitcases; anything beyond this requires review.

Count more than checked bags

Strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, instruments, cartons, and large cabin bags use vehicle space. Provide the count, size, or photographs in advance.

Traveling with children

Provide each child’s age and requested seat type. Availability and configuration depend on customer-service confirmation.

Confirmation checklist
